Wine Review: A White Label Estate Riesling from Nik Weis. This crisp and dry wine is straw colored in the glass. There are pretty aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, fresh apricot, and green melon. On the palate, it is really refreshing, with racy acidity. It is also light bodied and has an appealing supple mouthfeel. There are flavors of white peach, honeydew melon, juicy lemon, mild ash minerality along with a hint of green apple. The finish is dry and zingy, with a touch of fresh green herbs, and lasts for quite a while. Serve slightly chilled with fried fish tacos. - Mark
